The Emirati Cuisine Programme (ECP) was designed by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi to create a cultural experience by making authentic Emirati food more accessible and available for visitors. Under the programme, acclaimed Emirati chef Khulood Atiq will train hotel chefs across Abu Dhabi to prepare and serve some of the most iconic dishes from the UAE. The programme will also provide a number of hotel offers to promote Emirati Cuisine and encourage visitors and residents to experience it firsthand.
Participating hotels will receive free training sessions by DCT Abu Dhabi specialists, as well as promotional incentives for their involvement.
