Vietnamese Chef de Cuisine at Li Jiang has lived in the Middle East for over ten years, where he has helped win a slew of awards for the restaurants he's worked with. Since being appointed as chef de cuisine at Li Jiang, he has brought a wealth of new flavours from the South of Asia to the Li Jiang menu.

Yummy appetisers include crispy duck or Vietnamese Spring Rolls. You can expect to see a range of rice and noodle dishes on offer, such as Pad Thai or Singapore Mei Fen with Prawns. Other mains include Oven Baked Ginger Sea bass, curried dishes like the Slow Cooked Beef Shank, and regional specialities like Chinese Gong Bao Chicken or Hong Kong Sweet and Sour Chicken. Vegetarians are well catered for with a selection of meat-free dishes.
